By accessing or using Empire Connect, users agree to these terms and any related policies. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Accounts and conduct
- Users are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and for activity that occurs through their account.
- Accounts may not be used for harassment, impersonation, spam, abuse, unlawful conduct, or attempts to disrupt the service.
- Empire Connect may limit or suspend access for violations of these terms.
User content
Users retain ownership of the content they submit, but grant Empire Connect the rights needed to host, store, display, and distribute that content as part of operating and promoting the service.
Community standards
Users may not post content that is unlawful, infringing, abusive, threatening, hateful, fraudulent, sexually exploitative, or otherwise harmful to people, the community, or the service. Empire Connect may remove content or restrict accounts when needed to protect users or maintain the platform.
Availability
Empire Connect may change, improve, or remove features over time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.
Intellectual property
Empire Connect branding, graphics, and service materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Users may not copy, misuse, reverse engineer, scrape, or exploit the service or its materials beyond lawful and authorized use.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Empire Connect is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without guarantees of uninterrupted availability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Empire Connect and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.
Termination, updates, and contact
Access may be suspended or terminated for violations of these terms, protection of the service, legal compliance, or operational reasons. These terms may be updated from time to time.
